 Dr. Vikas is the Founder & Director, with extensive experience spanning renewable energy, project development, consultancy, finance, and management. With a proven track record of developing 200+ MW of solar power projects across India and international markets, he brings strong expertise in renewable energy project consultancy, strategic planning, and end-to-end project management.He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, along with postgraduate qualifications in Financial Analysis & Control and Cost & Work Accountancy. His distinguished academic background also includes extensive experience in teaching and mentoring professionals and students pursuing CA, CS, MBA, and other professional programmes.His integrated expertise in renewable energy, finance, accounting, and business management drives the company’s commitment to delivering strategic, commercially viable, and execution-oriented solutions.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ghuwalewala

Director

Mr. Sanjay brings over 25 years of industry experience across business development, strategic management, international trade, and corporate operations. His career includes associations with leading business groups such as A.V. Birla Group and REMI Metals. His expertise spans business development, strategic liaisoning, stakeholder management, team leadership, policy implementation, and organizational growth, along with valuable experience in global trade and EXIM operations.His extensive industry knowledge and strategic acumen play a key role in driving the company’s growth, business relationships, and long-term development.

Ms. Riya Parekh

Senior Manager

Riya Parekh brings expertise in PMC operations, regulatory liaisoning, project coordination, and stakeholder management. She supports renewable energy project approvals, DISCOM coordination, open access, captive group captive processes, and regulatory compliance, contributing to smooth project coordination and efficient execution. Her strong organisational and communication skills support seamless project management and regulatory coordination. Prior to her corporate role, Riya gained valuable experience in teaching and education, strengthening her communication, organisational, and people-management skills. She brings together her academic expertise, professional capabilities, and coordination experience to support the company’s commitment to efficient project management and seamless execution.
